Summary: Matt Schoenfeldt and Wyatt Harper are joined by LTC Mike Barnett, who is the 8th Army Knowledge Manager. We discuss how the Army goes through the whole process from acquisition, capture, organization, storage, sharing, and application of knowledge. Mike takes us through the Human Dimensions and Technical Dimensions, and the Army KM concept of People, Process, and Tools as a bridge for information for the Organization. At the end Mike also shares a story from an experience at Tank Gunnery.
