Summary: Special Guest: Kim Moore, Managing Director, Newmark Knight Frank Description: Today’s workers need “21st Century skills,” which include technical literacy, critical thinking and problem-solving, adaptability to new work environments, and social/communication skills. Earnings gaps between those proficient and not proficient in 21st Century skills will continual to grow.
