Summary: One of the ways I try to increase my effectiveness and efficiency is by “multiplying outcomes”. I literally just made up this phrase but what I mean is when you do some work, you can multiply the benefits of that work by making the outputs go further. The idea here is that you’ve already done some work and this is now a “sunk” cost. In economics, this is a cost that you can’t get back.
