Summary: Elrica Alzona was strong, determined and dependable. She had always dreamt of having a family complete with three children. She had carved herself a nice professional career and eagerly took time out to have her dream family - but life as she knew it changed completely after the birth of her third child. Usually a very private person, Elrica tried to hide the fact that her world was spiralling out of control. She finally sought help and was diagnosed with Postnatal Depression. Elrica has only recently become a PANDA Community Champion, and she sat down with Chezzi to discuss her story for the first time publicly in the hope that it might help other Mums.
