Summary: We were back in action this morning in the SHCC studio (Andrew’s office) with a whole bunch to talk about. Tim’s student ministry held their camp reunion/silent disco party on Wednesday night. We talked about the pros of hosting a “camp reunion” and the additional students it brings out. Silent Events provided the gear for the party. They came in cheaper than $10 a person, and were great to work with.<br><br>Andrew was on vacation for the past two weeks, and went to The Refuge Church in Russleville, AR last Sunday. We discussed whether or not to go to church on vacation, what kind of churches we look for on vacation, and why it can be a win. <br><br>The big news that we discussed was that a letter went out to the congregation at Lakeview Community Church naming our own Timothy Allen Miller as the next Sr Pastor. There is no timeframe for the transition as Tim’s sr pastor is not approaching retirement for the next few years, but the church now knows that the elders are planning on Tim taking over n a few years.
