Summary: Prior to his life as an award winning chef and owner of the Austin restaurant L'Oca d'Oro, Fiore Tedesco was a crack drummer for Kid Congo Powers (of The Gun Club, The Cramps, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds), in addition to the band Preacher & the Knife.
