Summary: I started listening to Trevor Hall back in 2009 when my yoga studio played him in a heavy rotation. His music soon made its way onto my own playlists when I started teaching yoga myself. Beyond his music he's one of the most wise, peaceful, and dynamic people I've met.  We talked about music as a tool, meditation, surrender, learning vs. applying practices, saturn returns,  using astrology for self-awareness, traveling, staying grounded, relationships as mirrors, culture, connection, indecisiveness, and more.
