Summary: <p>If you're in the NYC area, you may have already seen Shien-Ru Tsao's image plastered on tall advertisements from the NYC Mayor's <a href="https://www.instagram.com/committogreen/" rel="nofollow">Office of Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise Campaign</a>. In fact, there's one right in the Staten Island Ferry terminal. </p> <p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/shienru/" rel="nofollow">Shien-Ru</a> grew up in a family of entrepreneuers. Her parents, living just outside the Chicago, IL area, owned their own restaurant and still do to this day.
