Summary: On this college football edition of the GSMC Football Podcast host Tom Dougherty goes over a court ruling regarding the transfer rule in college football. The current rule was upheld and most players must sit out a year when transfering schools. This lawsuit was first brought forward by a former Northern Illinois punter Peter Deppe. Tom also talks about the recent reports regarding former Washington State quaterback Tyler Hilinski and CTE. The autospy of Hilinski's brain showed stage one of the brain disease known as Chronic Trumatic Encephalopathy.
