Summary: A plot to assassinate Centauri Emperor Turhane is afoot, but the Emperor falls gravely ill before it's fruition. Opportunistic forces in the Centauri government tap Londo for a strategic strike against another Narn colony while Turhane lies unconscious. After more than 25 episodes, the Shadows are firmly in play and wreaking chaos in the galaxy. But there is still hope: Garibaldi arrests a mysterious man dressed in robes, who claims to be a Ranger - the eyes and ears of the Good Guys - and under the direct command of Sinclair on Minbar.
