Would I really go far enough? (In other words, what is your limit? What is it you can and cannot do in order to reach your goals?) 2. Do I have my goals set out? Do I know what I want next year and the year after that? Or am I just going along with my career without any real destination. Your answer to the two questions above tells whether or not you have the third leg which is discipline. Now I know this is a big challenge. This process is not for the faint of heart. How committed are you really to improving your career? If not so much, skip this.
