But one thing that is not deniable is that there is a routine to what we do in life and sports. So if there is a routine to what we do in life, why is it that we do not take our habits seriously? You need not incorporate everything but even one can be a life changer. ACTION FOR TODAY Start by incorporating one habit then improve to two or three. Find the one that is most easy to do.
