Summary: Smart people can make stupid mistakes. In my part time role as Court Monitor I DUI Misdemeanor Court I see many cases come before the Judges. It's not a pleasant experience for the offender. For the Teen offender, however, it is a chance to grow from the mistake, to learn from it, and to not repeat it. Too many teens either choose to drive impaired or get in the car with someone who is driving impaired. Teens need to make the smart choices, the right choices.
