I’m going to encourage you to dig deeper within yourself and take action. Just thinking “I need to do it” won’t do it. Your Challenge- Examine yourself internally (meditate)- Do a spiritual, heart and mind internal scan. - Ask yourself, If my life were to a week from now, would I be satisfied that I have lived my life with meaning and purpose and prioritized what I needed to prioritize? Am I doing things that violate those priorities?- Think about what your priorities are. What is the meaning and purpose of life that you want to embrace?
