Summary: Agency cybersecurity people spend most of their time reacting to attempted attacks, installing software they hope will alert them in time or cleaning up after an attack got through. Now researchers at the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity think they have found a way to forecast when and where cyber attacks will arrive.
