They determined that if a viewer watched at least 70% of the movie—a data point that the streaming service is able to calculate—but then turned it off, it was because it was too horrifying to watch. But couldn’t they also turn off the movie just because they didn’t care for it at all? According to Netflix, if people truly dislike a movie, they would turn it off well before they get to the 70% threshold.   Carbon Fiber Artificial Muscles Can Lift 12,000 Times Their Weight Today, most robots and machines that need to move around use motors to do it. In the future, they might use artificial muscles that work more like our own biological versions. Researchers from the Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois have created a new artificial muscle design based on coiled carbon fiber and rubber. material can lift more than 12,000 times its own weight.   SNK Is Working On New Hardware Packed With Games The SNK brand is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
