Robert lives in California where he hunts a variety of species of upland birds with his spring spaniel and english setter. Robert has also made numerous trips out of state to hunt upland birds in South Dakota, Montanta and Minnesota.  During our conversation, Robert and I talk about how he got his start in upland hunting and the various elements that have fueled and escalated his passion over the past 11 years. Robert has plenty to share about hunting upland birds in California as well as how to plan out of state upland bird hunting trips.
