I stopped what I was doing, I went to that client, I had the initial meeting, and I couldn’t help but be struck by the sense of déjà vu as they described the challenges they were having with this massive technology initiative.<br> “Team isn’t getting the right things done. We had no idea when it’s going to be complete.
