Summary: Research shows 80% of individuals who work with an Inclusive Leader were more productive, motivated, and loyal to the organization as well as willing to go the extra mile. Inclusive leaders understand that in order for collaboration to be successful, individuals must be willing to share their diverse perspectives and experiences. How do we then identify and create more Inclusive Leaders to adopt methods that produce sustainable outcomes?
