He spent 9 years with the Pensacola Fire Department prior to joining ECFR, and is the man behind County Fire Tactics and Firefighter Rescues. Chief Isakson instructs nationally at FDIC, Firehouse Expo & World, Orlando Fire Conference, Atlanta Fire Conference, Bowling Green State University, and owns/operates the annual HROC (High Rise Operations Conference) on Pensacola Beach.
