To help with these problems, a manager in a shop should always develop SOP's as guidelines for the work being done. This also goes for chores around the shop. For example, who is in charge of washing microfiber towels, or who is responsible for cleaning the polish pads. Every little job should have structure to keep the shop moving in one direction.
