Summary: Episode Description: In this talk, KeiDo Troy Fernandez invites us to quiet ourselves in the midst of our culture of self improvement and discover the freedom of stillness. In our society’s constant endeavor for perfection, KeiDo asks, “How might we still ourselves?” Drawing from his experiences in the corporate world and working as a psychotherapist, KeiDo offers us tools to bring us back to stillness and remind ourselves of taking a moment to simply stop.
