Look into your past and figure out how many calls it took to reach a certain number of sales, and set it to reach a bigger goal. Break it down in the number of steps that need to be taken based on your current skills. Create a goal-incentivized schedule Set a goal and think of daily actions that pave the way for you to accomplish your goal. The next step is simple: create an everyday schedule and follow it religiously. Instead of looking for motivation, create a daily routine that forces you to get things done without overthinking it.   The best way to keep your energy up is to have a plan before you start your day. Your business actions should fall into a routine, where every step comes naturally. Find the metrics that matter the most for the growth of your business and create a schedule around those metrics.
