Summary: The show kicks off with Tanya admitting she ran a clinical trial on Becca’s friend behavior, and the results are not looking good. Then, Becca and Tanya are joined in the exam room by Katie Maloney, from Vanderpump Rules on Bravo. She gets a second opinion from the doctors on all the craziness going on in her life, both on and off camera.
