Summary: During the veto session, a bill which would imprison local officials who choose to enact local right to work zones barely failed. Rep. Moylan has filed an amendment in a separate bill to remove the criminal penalties, but there’s still a chance that local leaders could be jailed just because they disagree on economic policy.
