Summary: Stacey Cooper is a dynamic Body Centered Transformation Specialist, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher, and Spiritual Wellness Coach who has been in the health and fitness space for over 15 years. Stacey revolutionized the fitness space through her internationally recognized fitness program Bootycamp where she helped hundreds of women not only change their body but completely change their lives. But a lesser known fact is that behind the scenes Stacey was struggling with intense PTSD from a sexual assault that occurred at age 26.

Stacey walked away from it all, including her thriving business, to start her healing journey and now she is emerging to share her story of recovery and help others do the same. Stacey is now the founder of a Social Impact Movement called I AM A Lighthouse which helps people recovering through trauma by sharing tools, resources, inspiring stories, and interviews with incredible people walking the path of light after darkness. Her new venture back into the fitness and spiritual wellness world is called Body Honor where women come together and address how past traumas manifest in the body through health challenges, injuries, disordered eating, body shame and self loathing. Teaching them a new way to look at themselves through the eyes of self compassion for all their body has been through.

Staceys mission is to release the stigma of the word trauma, for all of us to know were not alone in our darkness and shadows, and there is a light in all of us that can never be distinguished.
