Summary: In this episode Greg sits down with Daphne Larose, a software developer out of Lexington, KY.  Daphne is the founder of the Black Female Coders website a site that serves as an outlet for other black female coders to connect, share advice, experiences  and pearls of wisdom. In this episode we talk about some of Daphne's tech background, some of the challenges she faced while obtaining her Masters in Computer Science, her early influences and the future of Black Female Coders.  We touch on her present foray into the C programming language as well as some great advice for programming newbies, including books on algorithms and data structures and excellent sites for learning about programming.
