Federal websites behind on mobility, accessibility, study finds

Summary: Federal agencies maintain thousands of dot-gov websites, but visitors often encounter stumbling blocks. The Information Technology and Innovation Foundation found that many federal websites don't work well on mobile devices, or aren't fully accessible to users with disabilities.
