Summary: The Lions started to really look like their old 2016 incarnation as the Carolina Panthers lit Detroit up, with an improbable number of yards coming from a potentially washed-out tight end. Funny how familiar that sounds, I know. But while there's pressing issues across the defense (and more questions about the viability of Ezekiel Ansah) there's more issues to be had with this offense, which has looked anything but the dynamic and high-powered weapon Lions fans saw last year.
