Summary: When Allstate decided they wanted to speed up their software development and delivery process, they knew they'd need to put a good cloud platform in place. After looking at several options, they created a team to run and extent Pivotal Cloud Foundry. As time went on, the team starting adding services, consulting with the rest of the organization on cloud-native development, and started becoming more than just "operators."
