Summary: We meet notorious gangster Al Capone and find out he might not have been as bad as we all thought. Meanwhile, Dr. Steve and Fidgert are creeping around the basement areas of the Lexington Hotel searching for something. Dr. Floyd seems to think he's looking for Al Capone's Vault. Dr. Floyd seems to think the only way to stop Dr. Steve is to have a "sit down" with Al Capone and tell him about Steve's plans!
