The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 07/20/17

The_C.O.W.S. show

Summary: The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The reason for this broadcast is to polish non-white people's problem-solving skills and to refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've figured out the optimal strategy to minimize altercations with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist labor conditions should promptly call in with particulars. We always value and encourage the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, tell us how being "self-employed" improves your workplace experience. Several listeners have described an interest in forming a group to exchange views on how to help black people in the area of employment. Any listeners with human resource experience are encouraged to inquire about details. We'll hear counter-racist recommendations from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Gus recommends Victims of Racism write down critcal workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more trustworthy than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share critical sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
