Summary: The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The reason for this broadcast is to polish non-white people's problem-solving skills and to refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've figured out the optimal strategy to minimize altercations with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist labor conditions should promptly call in with particulars.
