Summary: <br> Onthis episode, Dr. Leo Percer joins the podcast to discuss the intersection ofhermeneutics and apologetics. <br> Dr. Percergrew up near the Mississippi River in Millington, Tennessee, where he receiveda call to the ministry of teaching while attending First Baptist Church. Pursuing that call sent him on an educational journey that includes two Mastersdegrees and a PhD.  This journey provided opportunities to minister in avariety of capacities, including youth ministry, children’s ministry, smallgroups, and homeless ministry.  Upon completion of his PhD, Dr. Percertaught as an adjunct at both Baylor University and McLennan Community Collegein Waco, Texas.  He began teaching at the Liberty University School ofDivinity in 2004 and teaches a variety of New Testament classesincluding:  Hermeneutics, Greek, New Testament Orientation 1 &amp; 2, theGospel of John, Hebrews, 1 &amp; 2 Peter, Life of Christ, and New TestamentWorld.  He also directs the Ph.D. Program for divinity and teaches avariety of biblical studies classes.  Dr. Percer lives in Lynchburg, VAwith his wife Lisa Percer and their two children.<br> <br> <br>  <br>
