The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 02/09/17

The_C.O.W.S. show

Summary: The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically constructed to refine our problem-solving abilities and improve how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have figured out the optimal strategies to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual troubles we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in and share specifics. We always welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, detail how being "self employed" changes your contact with Whites at work. We'll hear counter-racist suggestions from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus recommends non-white people catalog their workplace experiences. Documenting your thoughts and workplace incidents is more reliable than memory, and the act of writing can help organize and clarify your thinking. We'll also request that non-white listeners share significant portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
