The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 03/02/17

The_C.O.W.S. show

Summary: The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly rendezvous on Workplace Racism. This segment is specifically devised to improve our problem-solving abilities and fortify how black people think, speak, act and command our emotions while at work. Any listeners who have come across the best method to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual harassment we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to call in and share specifics. We always welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, share how being "self employed" modifies your contact with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist tactics from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus recommends non-white people record your workplace experiences. Documenting your thoughts and workplace affairs is more dependable than memory, and the act of writing can help organize and clarify your thinking. We'll also request that non-white listeners share notable sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
