The C.O.W.S. Workplace Racism 04/13/17

The_C.O.W.S. show

Summary: The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly forum on Workplace Racism. The reason for this segment is to strengthen non-white people's problem-solving skills and to refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while at work. Any listeners who've pieced together the best method to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other racial hostility we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to call in and share details. We always welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, let us know how being "self employed" transforms your contact with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus encourages victims of racism to record your workplace experiences. Documenting your thoughts and workplace incidents is more reliable than memory, and the act of writing can help clarify your thinking. We'll also request that non-white listeners share critical segments of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
