My cycle was always irregular in college while playing volleyball. But recently I’ve gained a little more weight and stopped running distance, but I still haven’t started my cycle. My thyroid test came back normal but my vitamin D is low at 35. I’m in the full sun at least 20 minutes nearly every day and eat a fairly strict Primal diet. Do you have any supplemental suggestions to increase my vitamin D and possibly help my cycle return? Thanks! Love the show!" Well, there’s a couple of things that if Sarah was one of our patients that we would defiantly would want to know more about. When she tells us that she has a strict Primal diet, I think we know what that means from a food selection perspective. Generally Paleo plus probably dairy I think is more of the Primal approach. But just because you’re following a specific type of diet as far as the food selection is concerned, that doesn’t really tell us a lot about exactly what she’s eating, how much she’s eating,
