Summary: In the fourth episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Paul Bower. Paul is the Head of Academy Sports Science & Medicine for Barnsley Football Club. Paul is very passionate about youth soccer development and is a friend of Luke Jenkinson. They work for rival clubs that are only 30 minutes apart.
