Summary: I made a big mistake in navigating the treacherous healthcare system for a relative. I feel for those who have no background in healthcare and go on blind faith in a very broken system. But once a mistake is recognized DON'T be afraid to change course and go to another healthcare center. A big thanks to all the providers at Hebrew Home in Riverdale.
