The Wheel of Life I use, because not all are the same, has 8 areas that we regularly focus on. One of those areas is health and fitness. Most of the people I work with and many of the people I talk to, at one point in life have tried to lose weight or thought about losing a few pounds so they could be fitter and healthier and ultimately feel better and maybe even live longer.
