Summary: Shalom All This was part two of the short (10 minutes) presentations I did on The Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) : Leviticus 23:26-3, afterwords there was some discussion about some of the things I mentioned, while the pastor and I did see eye to eye, some had a different understanding about the sacrifices offered, I do hope that if you have questions you will let me know. Shalom in Messiah Isaiah 53:4-6 Surely he has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. (5) But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. (6) All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:10-11 Yet it pleased LORD to bruise him; he has put him to grief: when You shall make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of LORD shall prosper in his hand. (11) He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by the knowledge of himself shall my righteous servant justify many; and he shall bear their iniquities.
