Mike reaps the rewards of 6 days a week in the gym and a solid meal plan in the most meaningful ways of all. He is able to backpack the mountains of Colorado with his family, enjoy evening workouts with his wife and connect with a business partner and life long friend each day in the gym. When I think of why I workout I think of Mike.
