She’s an advisor for the Wisdom 2.0 Conference, the Mindful Schools, and Tilt365. She also serves on the Board of the Holistic Life Foundation. Michelle shares her mastery in schools, organizations, and one-on-one. Life is messy, and she believes it’s within that messiness where we find our greatest potential for growth. The parent/child relationship offers us a window into where we have yet to grow up like none other.

A central question Michelle is always working to address is how parents can live in a way that is meaningfully connected to themselves and their children, even as the demands and complexity of contemporary life and work are accelerated. She believes at least part of the answer to that question lies in becoming more intimate with our own inner world. One of her favorite quotes is by Aristotle who shared; “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”

Michelle is the mother of two boys. One who is already a teenager and one who is just a few years away.
