Summary: One of the saddest ironies, and an insult to our working class,is that only the very rich and the unemployed very poor can afford expensive prescription medications. The rich just pay for it, the poor get it for free, and the rest of us can't afford the co-pays. Many of us are forced to accept a cheaper alternative drug while the poor ,who have Medicaid, get it all for free!
