You can’t possibly consume all that content – and you shouldn’t try.<br> When you know what you’re trying to achieve , set very clear goals for yourself, and  hold yourself accountable for achieving them – you’re that much closer to beating overwhelm. You need to cut through the fluff and work out why you’re doing what you’re doing.  <br> In today’s solo show I’m giving you 6 steps to follow if you’re feeling the information overload.
