Summary: One out of four low-income New Yorkers say they regularly cannot afford to take the subway or bus. In a city as mass transit dependent as New York, this makes life even more difficult for those with the very least. Episode 4 explores this issue and our current campaign to address it by providing half-price fares for those living in poverty.
