Summary: The late David Bowie left us back in January of 2016, after a battle with cancer. In his lifeline he left us a plethora of music that transcends time and convention. He has brought us many guises from the Pierrot character of “Ashes To Ashes” which brought a whole new definition to music video, to The thin white duke.However, there is one character in particular that he is always remembered for, that of Ziggy Stardust. Many have fought hard to define his music to being at its best in a particular decade. That is of no consequence, because Bowie had the tremendous ability to redefine himself time after time. The music is spectacular in the seventies, the fame engine rolled well into the eighties, right up to his final masterpiece “Blackstar”.
