Summary: Eric and Lauren Salazar are long-time New Belgium employees responsible for many of the stranger beers coming out of Fort Collins, Colorado. They are responsible for sour and wood-aged beers as well as the Lips of Faith series. We drank the New Belgium Lips of Faith Cigar City Brewing collaboration while taping this episode.
