How to Crush Social Media with Natasha Gildea – PMR #99

Paleo Magazine Radio show

Summary: The seeds of the Paleo movement may have been planted by S. Boyd Eaton, Ray Audette, and Loren Cordain; but it was the advent of Internet-savvy Paleo thinkers like Robb Wolf, Mark Sisson and social media that really took Paleo to the place where it is today, with mainstream media giving it regular attention, and more and more people every single day adopting the Paleo lifestyle. Now, chances are, you’re using one or more social media platforms. And you may be using those social media platforms to get the word out about Paleo—to teach people about the benefits of real food, movement, and healthy living; to share this message with your friends, family, and people across the world. Now, if you’re going to do that, why not do it well? And that’s the point of our conversation today with Natasha Gildea, creator of The Feisty Kitchen. Her Instagram profile currently has 68,000-plus followers, and shows no sign of stopping. Natasha has a very specific Instagram strategy, and it’s one that anybody can adopt. It’s based around principles that you can start applying today, to begin crushing it with your Instagram, your Twitter, your Facebook—whatever social media platform you prefer to use. In the second half of today’s show, Stephanie Gaudreau is going to join us for another installment of Stupid Awesome Info. This is a recording that we took a few weeks after the 2015 Paleo f(x), where we’re talking about the importance of Paleo communities. And we think that this ties in very well with Instagram, social media, and platforms like these, because it’s all about building community. So, Stephanie is talking about building communities in your local area, and Natasha is talking about building communities online in social media. So, today is all about building those things up, doing them well, and making a huge impact. CLICK HERE for full transcript of the show Episode Call To Action Love Paleo Magazine Radio?
