He has performed over 100 cybersecurity audits and assessments focused on the NERC CIP framework. He has also developed and delivered CIP V5 training to Regional Entity audit and compliance staff. The training focused on risk assessment techniques, audit approach, and best cybersecurity practices moving toward a CIP V5 compliance program. Nick is now the Chief Executive Officer of a company called Curricula. Curricula was created with a vision: To improve the content, management, and delivery of cyber security awareness training. their primary focus is to change the perception that cyber security is only left for the experts to understand, it is everyone’s responsibility. Curricula developed a platform that engages learners in an innovative, story-based learning environment. Their team focuses on explaining cyber security concepts in a fun, adaptive learning environment that rewards learners as they make their journey through our cyber security training content. The goal is for the learner to really understand cyber security and make educated decisions for themselves, their peers, and company. We got a taste of the amazing information packed into this company talking with Nick. In this podcast he shares some amazing insights on how to quickly and effectively protect yourself against "fishers".
